Subprocessor register

These organisations support the current production operation of Parallel North | Planner. The register distinguishes infrastructure used by Parallel North from a customer-selected integration.

IONOS
Purpose: United Kingdom virtual private server infrastructure, network services and SMTP delivery for operational account and planning emails. Data may include hosted Planner content, encrypted network traffic, technical records, recipient addresses and operational email content. Primary service region: United Kingdom, subject to IONOS contractual support and resilience arrangements. Provider: 1&1 IONOS Limited and relevant IONOS group entities.

Microsoft
Purpose: Microsoft Entra ID authentication and Microsoft Graph access to customer-authorised Outlook calendar and mailbox information. Data may include identity details, account identifiers, access credentials, calendar events, email metadata and permitted message content. Location is determined by the customer’s Microsoft 365 tenant and Microsoft’s arrangements. Provider: Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited and relevant Microsoft group entities.

Customer-selected source services
A customer connecting Microsoft 365 instructs Planner to retrieve data from that customer’s tenant. The customer remains responsible for its Microsoft relationship, tenant configuration, licences, users and lawful use of mailbox and calendar information. Microsoft may act in different roles for its direct customer relationship.

No external AI subprocessor
Current Planner document and task-analysis features do not send customer content to an external artificial-intelligence provider. If that changes, this register and associated privacy information will be updated before customer data is sent to the provider.

Material additions or replacements will be published here before processing begins where reasonably practicable. Customers may raise a reasonable data-protection objection by emailing support@parallelnorth.co.uk.
